When a gang who have broken out of a Cuban prison hijack the ship and hold its 3,000 passengers for ransom, Ben's best friend, Charlie wants super-sniffing explosive detection dog Caesar with him when he parachutes in to sneak aboard the ship, in Operation Black Shark, to capture the modern-day pirates.
