Summary: Growing up in the pumpkin patch, Little Pumpkin has always been afraid of the dark. And when her friends tell her all about Halloween, Little Pumpkin starts to feel very, very worried. After all, she doesn't ever want to leave the patch - it's cosy and safe, not scary like the big, wide world! But when a family excitedly pick her out, Little Pumpkin has to swallow her fears and be brave. And when Halloween finally comes, Little Pumpkin is astonished to see children having fun as they trick or treat amazing, Halloween decorations hung in all the houses, and the most magnificent pumpkin display! At the end of the night, Little Pumpkin is reunited with all of her friends. And as they glow with happiness, she can only agree that Halloween really is wonderful!
